Post downsize is recommended 4–8 weeks after your initial piercing, once the swelling phase has subsided. During this appointment, your longer starter flatback post is replaced with a shorter, properly fitted flatback to support optimal healing. Downsizing is an essential step in the healing process. It helps prevent irritation bumps, reduces the risk of angle changes, and minimizes snagging on hair, clothing, or other objects. This simple adjustment promotes comfort, stability, and better long-term results for your piercing. ✨Pricing: First post downsize is $20. Each additional post downsize during the same visit is $10.

This intensive (1) week course is designed for RN’s, estheticians, or medical professionals seeking safe, professional piercing training. The program includes classroom learning, silicone practice, and hands-on experience through model days (observation and working with your own clients). You’ll receive guidance on business setup, a list of trusted product and jewelry suppliers, a detailed training manual, and a full piercing kit with sterilized jewelry for your first 20 piercings (autoclave not included; recommendations provided). Sites included in training: ear lobes & cartilage, nostril and navel. Course includes piercing-specific bloodborne pathogen training (completed before day one). CPR/BLS certification is required prior to attendance (not included). Ongoing mentorship, support, and optional shadowing opportunities are available after completion.
